Wellbeing at Work
As well as understanding and working with spiritual laws I am a practising lawyer. I understand the stresses and strains that people involved in business are subject to. It is my view that by understanding our inner selves, and adopting principles of respect and tolerance for all, that happiness and motivation can be increased within the workplace. In the current economic climate where many people are losing their jobs it is even more important to address issues of wellbeing and stress management.
Information about my book:
"Wellbeing at work - The keys to success, health and happiness in business" (ISBN 978-0-9558230-0-8) and can be purchased for £6.99 through Waterstones stores or online at Waterstones, Foyles or Amazon.
Dr Craig Brown says of the book:
Many of the problems that patients consult for in general practice are related to stress at work. This may be due to a heavy workload, poor working conditions and difficult relationships with staff. The results for the individual can be anxiety and depression and for the employer days off with sickness and poor morale in the organisation. Turning to pills or alcohol is not the solution to this unhappiness. It requires a holistic approach that includes mind, body and spirit.
‘Wellbeing at Work’ addresses the issues in a practical way. Don’t be put off by the word ‘spiritual’ because as the author, Juliusz Wodzianski’, explains, it is simply stopping to give yourself time and space to look inwards to your own feelings and thoughts. You do have the inner wisdom to find the answers-if you slow down. This process, which is often called meditation, leads to a calmness and inner harmony.
The book is informative and structured in a way that makes for easy reading. You can quickly read through it then return to sections with the headings that interest you most. Part three: putting it into practice, looks at specific issues, and Part four some really helpful meditations. It is only with practice that you can really begin to gain the benefit from the meditations.
This book should be read by every employer in the country and be carried as a handbook by every employee. The result would be better working relationships and greater productivity. This is a manual in preventative medicine for healthy and happier patients.

The book was reviewed in the November 2008 edition of Healing Today magazine:
This book opens up the possibility for us to approach our working lives with an awakened spiritual awareness. "Wellbeing at Work" examines the key ingredients for healthy, productive and creative working environments - from the perspective of both employer and employee. Wodzianski illustrates how these ideas can then be put into practice, often referring to episodes in his own professional life to add real context. The last section of the book is devoted to a collection of wonderfully simple meditation, visualisation and relaxation techniques - all designed to create a calm inner world which leaves you ready to positively engage with work in all its forms.
