Spiritual healing, and reiki, are powerful forms of healing that work with all levels of the body.
Whilst there are many ideas about where healing energy comes from, the bottom line is that it works, and brings tangible benefits to health and wellbeing. For me, the important thing is that it helps people to find wellness, and can help with conditions where conventional medicine may not be able to. Healing is a complementary therapy, and works well alongside conventional care. Healing never causes harm.
Healing can help to:
- mitigate pain
- lessen stress
- assist in the treatment of cancer and other terminal or serious conditions
- assist in dealing with depression
- bring relaxation
- deal with the trials and tribulations of everyday life
- keep you well and healthy, and in balance
- assist in bereavement
Whilst no guarantees can ever be given, people generally find healing very helpful, as can be seen from some of the comments on my client feedback page.
I have appeared on BBC1, BBC2, Channel 5 and in a range of press. In addition to this I have carried out healing and or presented on wellbeing at corporates to include BT plc, Essex County Council, the Home Office, Kent County Constabulary and IBB Solicitors.
I am a qualified spiritual healer and a reiki master / teacher, with a wealth of experience gathered over many years.

Healing is beneficial at all times. You do not need to be 'ill' to benefit from healing. Regular healing sessions help to keep you relaxed and fit.
